Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Don’t iron the print.

A note on the garment dye: slight color variation between washes is completely normal — it's part of what gives these tees their vintage character, not a sign anything's gone wrong.

Delivery & Returns

Tees ship from an external warehouse within 3–5 business days. From there, USPS typically delivers within 5–7 business days.

Returns and exchanges aren't something I'm able to offer through the warehouse — but if your tee arrives damaged, I'll always make it right. Email me with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll sort it out.

Do you take returns or offer exchanges?

Because orders are fulfilled through an external warehouse, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges — so please double-check the size guide before ordering. The one exception is if your item arrives damaged: in that case, I'll sort you out with a reprint or refund. Just email kylie@thequirkymouse.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage.

Will my shirt arrive in time for my vacation?

I can't guarantee delivery dates, so if you're cutting it close I'd recommend ordering with plenty of time to spare. Apparel typically ships within 3–5 business days and takes a further 5–7 business days to arrive via USPS. Once it's in the mail system, it's out of my hands — but it's worth knowing USPS has been running a little slow lately, with some orders taking up to two weeks.

My tracking hasn't updated in days — is something wrong?

Probably not. Carriers sometimes skip scans in transit, so packages can look stuck for several days while still making their way to you. Once your order is with the carrier, the tracking page is genuinely all the information I have too!

How long does art take to arrive?

Art also ships from a warehouse (separate from the shirts). These can take up to a week to be printed (it takes time to make beautiful giclee prints!) and then a week to arrive. Canvas prints can take a little longer since they are being hand-wrapped.

Do my art and apparel ship together?

They don't — apparel ships from an external warehouse and art ships from me, so they'll arrive separately at different times.

How are the art prints packaged?

8x10 prints ship in a flat mailer. Larger prints (11x14 and above) are shipped rolled in a triangular kraft tube.

Where do you ship to?

All over the US, including Hawaii and Alaska — though both tend to take a little longer than the mainland.

Simply Stunning

I purchased both the Sally Slater and the Epcot Trash Can prints and they are both beautiful. Kylie was absolutely wonderful to work with, and when we realized there was a shipping issue with the artwork, she jumped to immediate action to get it cleared up. I would have no hesitation ordering from this shop again, and I’m excited to see what new designs she makes in the future!

This painting is just perfect with my Disney Paris theme. We had just returned from Disneyland Paris and I had to have it, my husband and I have eaten many a meal at the Food and Wine Festivals on these “Push” tables that it just made sense. Great memories.

Beautiful work!

Sally Slater is by far one of my favorite Haunted Mansion Characters, and this picture, "before the fall," does an excellent job at just how unfortunate Sally's fate was. Subtly horrifying and beautiful!

I purchased the Sally Slater image and everything about it is absolutely beautiful! I cannot wait to pair it with another peace of artwork from the quirky mouse.

I was so excited for this item but sadly the image and print quality are very poor and not worth the price.

The kind of Disney I want

I love the feeling I get at Disney, the thrilling rides and the happy vibes, but I really don't care about the characters. I was so happy to find artwork that looks sophisticated, does not have the usual characters, and secretly gives me a Disney fix. It's an "if you know, you know" kind of thing. I hope Kylie puts out more artwork.

Better than expected

This picture looks beautiful in a simple gold frame. My only regret is that I didn't get a larger size.

Love this Victorian style creation. Growing up in a Victorian house, this was the perfect subtle not Haunted Mansion in our household art collection. Hopefully the other stretching room portraits become available.
