RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because I’m a small business and fulfill orders through an external warehouse (my house is already full of kids' toys!), I unfortunately can’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.
That means I can’t offer returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size

Changing your mind

Any other reason besides damage
Please double-check the size chart before ordering! I know—it’s tricky ordering online, and I wish I could offer more flexibility, but I just can’t get items back into the warehouse.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, I’ve got you! I’ll either refund or send you a replacement.

A photo that clearly shows the front artwork and the damaged area

If that's not possible, please send one photo showing the full shirt laid flat (with artwork visible) and another close-up of the damage
SIZE VARIATION NOTICE
Comfort Colors 1717 tees are garment-dyed, which means they’re dyed after being sewn. This process—along with natural cotton shrinkage—can cause slight size differences. You might see up to ±1 inch of variation in width. That’s normal and won’t affect the quality or fit!
NECK SIZE NOTICE
Some customers have mentioned that the neckline feels snug on the Comfort Colors 1717 tees. Because of dyeing and shrinkage, this can vary slightly by batch.
If you prefer a roomier neckline, consider sizing up for comfort.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Just a heads-up: USPS has been running a little slow lately. Some orders have taken up to 2 weeks to arrive. I’m really sorry! Since I stock out of an external warehouse, I don’t have direct control over shipping times—but I appreciate your patience so much. ❤️
