Because I’m a small business, I do not keep inventory at my home. All items are stored and fulfilled through an external location, so I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.

I can only offer a refund or reprint if your item arrives damaged or there is a production issue.

I cannot guarantee delivery dates. For apparel, I stock out of an external warehouse rather than my home (too many kids' toys!). So typically those shirts are shipped within 3-5 business days. And then it takes 5-7 business days to be delivered (the warehouse uses USPS and I don't have any options for expedited shipping).

And of course, there is always the unknown once the shirt is in the mail system!

Unfortunately, tracking numbers are not always as accurate as we’d all like. Carriers sometimes skip scans during transit, so a package may look like it has not moved for several days even though it is still on its way.

Once the package is in the carrier’s hands, I generally do not have any additional information beyond what the tracking shows.

Art is shipped out in 1-3 business days and takes between 3-5 business days to arrive.

8x10 art prints are shipped in a flat mailer. Larger prints, such as 11x14, 18x20, 16x20, or 24x30 are shipped rolled in triangular kraft tube.

I ship all over the US (including Hawaii and Alaska - although from previous experiences those two states take longer!)
