HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE

Deadline to order apparel is December 10th. If you order after that, I cannot guarantee Christmas delivery. (And I'm sorry, but if you did order before December 10th and the postal service loses it, I will try to get it out still in time, but once it's in the mail void, I don't have a lot of control! I'm sorry!)

Deadline for art is December 15th. As with apparel, once it hits the mail void, I don't have a lot of control if things get lost but I will do my best to help!

Shipping

I ship all over the US (including Hawaii and Alaska - although from previous experiences those two states take longer!)

Art is shipped out in 1-3 business days and takes between 3-5 business days to arrive.

For apparel, I stock out of an external warehouse rather than my home (too many kids' toys!). So typically those shirts are shipped within 3-5 business days. And then it takes 5-7 business days to be delivered (the warehouse uses USPS and I don't have any options for expedited shipping).

Art prints that are 8x10 or 11x14 are shipped flat. Larger prints, such as 18x20, 16x20, or 24x30 are shipped rolled in a kraft tube.

You'll get a tracking number email. If you don't, check spam or reach out to me!

For apparel, I stock out of an external warehouse rather than my home (too many kids' toys!). The art, however, comes from my own little house. SO - they do not ship together and will arrive at different times!

If you're noticing a delay in shipping of your art, it might be because I had to restock. I'm new at fulfillment, so I've been getting the hang of this and I am finding that I'm NOT the best at anticipating sales numbers. So if it's taking a while, you can reach out, but likely it's because I'm waiting for more prints to arrive to me!

Returns & Exchanges

Because I'm such a small business, I don't stock items at my home. They are stocked at an external location. Therefore, I can't accept returns. However, if the item is damaged somehow, I can offer a refund and/or a reprint.

I cannot do returns / refunds / exchanges on items that have been ordered with the wrong size or wrong item. If you need help choosing a size, please check out our size guides!
