How long does it take to complete an order?

It takes about 3 days to get the order ready. 

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days. You will receive tracking once it's shipped. 

What should I do if there's an issue with my order? 

Head to our returns and exchanges page to find out more. But basically, if you need to return or exchange, please do so within 14 days of receiving the item. It must be unwashed, unaltered, and with original packaging. You will cover shipping charges unless the issue is a fault of ours. Please read the full policy here.
