We hope you LOVE your new apparel, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out! It’s our goal to make the exchange/return process as seamless as possible. You have 14 days to return items. Customized items cannot be returned. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A receipt or purchase confirmation is needed. No returns for worn, altered, or damaged items. Customer will cover the cost of return shipping, unless it’s our mistake or a faulty item. We'll email you once we inspect the returned item. Refunds will be given once item is received. No exchanges for wrong sizes ordered, unless it's our mistake. Please check the size chart carefully to ensure the right fit.
